Guided Fly Fishing

My path into guiding started with Lillard Fly Fishing Expeditions in 2013, when I joined the Rocky Mountain Expedition—exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking into remote alpine lakes, and floating the Colorado River. That experience reshaped my direction, pushing me toward a life built around adventure, wild places, and guiding others in them.

I began guiding for LFFE during college, leading expeditions in Yellowstone National Park, and have since spent seasons on the Madison, Missouri, Yellowstone, Blackfoot, North Fork of the Blackfoot, and the South Fork of the Flathead. I currently serve as LFFE’s Director of the Bob Marshall Wilderness program.

We offer both day float trips and multi-day backcountry expeditions across Southwest Montana and Yellowstone National Park. If you're interested in getting on the water, reach out soon to secure the best dates and availability.

    Our flagship programs are our 5-20 day long Teen Adventures and Expeditions.We are dedicated to leading memorable, exciting, educational, and, most importantly, fun wilderness fly fishing adventures for middle and high school students.
